As a small non-profit, Arlington Free Clinic relies on over 500 volunteers who support all aspects of our work – from doctors, nurses, and interpreters – to fundraisers, photographers, and graphic artists. We have a standard at Arlington Free Clinic for the healthcare we provide to our neighbors in need – just because it’s free, doesn’t mean it should be anything less than excellent. Finding an local business to partner with that upholds this same value is like gold for organizations like ours! Matt from Astrocasters recently provided outstanding AV services for an open house showcasing our work to the community, and we can’t wait to work with him again.
About 2 months out from our annual conference, our event director was contacted by Astrocasters to inquire if we had selected an AV company for our upcoming event that was scheduled to be held at the Gaylord National Harbor. We met Matthew and Chris in person, received a competitive proposal, and decided their company was a good fit for our conference. Our event had over 250 attendees, 3 concurrent sessions over 2 days along with a full day of preconference workshops, and all the AV went off with out a hitch. Our members were very pleased with all of the onsite staff, and were very impressed with how friendly and professional they were. The main reasons everything went so well; Astrocasters utilized state of the art technology, we had pre-conference meetings to ensure everyone was aware of their roles and responsibilities and the onsite team was qualified and well trained. We are looking forward to using them again when we head to Orlando next year!
